Lump sum payout when you are capped at your hourly wage. I am not complaining at all. I like getting it as a lump Doecan actually do something with it.

never heard of a lump sum payout???...if we do not get a raise because we are capped out why then give us a lump equal to a years worth of 2 percent?????
