Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

These layoffs are unethical and we need to get the word out.

  1. Get everyone to write a congressional complaint. 2. File a complaint with the Department of Labor. 3. Post a complaint on White House website. 4. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Karma!

If anyone knows of actual wrongdoing, pleas call the US attorney office in ur state. Please file a medicare complaint, call health integrity or email them, and call a whistleblower attorney. Why do people who know the company is screwing the country, keep it to themselves.

Please consider hiring an attorney as well if your case qualifies for legal protection. MANY, MANY law firms have represented UnitedHealthcare employees before- they will help you get through this. Don’t sign the paperwork- a week of severance pay isn’t worth the damage they’ve done. UHC is well known in the legal world for all of the wrong reasons! Without a doubt, their leaders are the most narcissistic bunch of gas lighters! Google search employee lawsuits against UnitedHealthcare and start with a long list of attorneys that can help you! Don’t be silent!

Companies are truly at will and they can lay anyone off they choose. Just so you know, UnitedHealth Group also hires back a lot of employees within 6-months. I have also never seen the company intentionally doing unethical transmissions of data and if there was a mistake, the company would probably fire those responsible. Dude, complaining about a company you don't even work for now is bad karma. I think you should just find another job.

My department filed multiple violations of contracts including offshore access to data and nothing has happened and its been over a year. It’s still continuing. The response is the same generic one: we have reviewed your inquiry and notifications have been sent to the parties involved. You do not need to know what happened. Aka nothing was done!

@hvn Scared? Sounds like it. Stop hiding behind the “at will” comment. Obviously we have dirt.... just a matter of time....Karma

Employment is at will. They are not breaking any laws you might not like it but they are well within their rights to reduce their workforce. So get over it and stop whining like a little baby.

I am doing all those today, plus a little leaking showing that contracts are being handled offshore that should not be.

Should start to get interesting.
