I second the motion....the mo–ns in Bentonville make make moves that boggle any normal thinking person's judgement. I don't think anyone there has worked a single hour at Sam's. Having a full time claims person shouldn't even be a question...its great walking into the back and seeing piles of c-ap everywhere that have to be processed....then open the receiving scheduler and see wall to wall trucks all day. Simply total incompetence from Arkansas.....oh and thanks for stealing my 192 hours you PRICKS!!
This already happened. It’s part of back room associates responsibilities now.
The company has no idea what they are doing, there's no clear direction or communication to those doing the labor. There is too many highly paid chiefs and not enough poorly paid Indians . They are too cheap to pay out any more severance for loyal hard working employees instead they will do whatever it is possible to get rid of you.
