Once again another club is in dysfunctional activity. Higher ups come in and and do not like the 6368, so 5 managers were fired on the spot. This is a high volume cub. 6368 has never been right since the MM fired the GM of over 20 years. Needless to say they never got along. Manager was well respected by his associates and members of this community.
Fast forward you can not run this type club with the limited associates that home office feels it is necessary to effectively operate for our members. You want it fast, lean, and stocked. Impossible when you you receive an average of three Walmart a daily plus specialty trucks.
Kicker is a manager from another club who was told, You go to 6368 fresh to find another job. You don’t want her at one club but you send her to us and give her a $20k raise.
A Club manager making their own schedule to coach kids traveling sport teams, sponsor the team, associates can know what is going on in their clubs but DO has his favorite s— up.
While this is not a direct layoff, associates and managers alike watch your backs cause this is happening all over. I’m not disgruntled associates but one who is disappointed in the company direction. I’m ready to help all that need me
