Leadership told managers to not announce that new job postings in Aerospace have been cancelled until further notice. This started late last week. Will be entertaining to see what happens after employees get their MIPs on 3/13 and decide to leave the company. I guess there will be a lot of positions open that cannot be backfilled. Oh well.

CLW job postings dissapeared last week. Went from 74 open positions to 0
A lot of jobs are posted that they never intend to fill. Its all an HR diversion To allow them to stay profitable and cut you on their timeline.
I see a lot of jobs posted, some as recent as 6 hours ago for aero. Maybe just your sbu?

The whole supplier recovery team is scheduled to be RIFed next week also. Should be fun times for all who are left to sit on 12 hours a day of part status meetings and take endless belittling by upper management.
It will all play out as we have expected for the last year+. It's just taking them longer to execute as it does any plan they cobble together. Tripping on their own feet as usual.
