@OP Are you sure you know what outsourcing is? Most agreement workers think it means that their job goes to India. That isn't what outsourcing is or how it works. Most outsourcing is domestic, and it isn't only done by large companies. Small companies outsource important business functions all the time. Without outsourcing the economy couldn't function.
That's why we used to have tariffs.
shouldn't you use Google for this? also, there's a difference in offshoring and outsourcing.
