Rumors of business picking up randomly around the system and locomotives being pulled out of storage. How much truth is there to those two rumors?

Traffic was up something fierce today. I was stuck in it what seemed for hours.
If a unit sits more than a few minutes it gets “stored”, heavily manipulating numbers.
Same thing they did in 03, laid everyone off, then a month later added all of the work back.
Traffic is up, “stored units” are pulling trains. Everywhere is scrambling for power.
@OP There is probably as much truth to those rumors as there is to any other rumor that you've ever heard.
all the working locomotives are going into storage. but the Big Boy is all shined up and making its rounds across the good ol USA. dropping UP family members off at different town's unemployment centers after they're laid off. one train ticket to the unemployment office and one free hot dog.
The only thing thats going up right now is the stocks for lysol , clorox wipes etc.
On the west coast it is dead. People standing around & locomotives getting laid up.
