Dads usually smile at home and do everything possible and a bit more to take care of the family, so the kids feel safe. I know I was one of them. Then they go out and deal with this c-ap... day in day out. Show him some love. Take care of him when he will lose strength and start getting older...

You best bet is to read through threads here and read 10-K reports (Look for Layoff charges).
It's quarterly layoffs with at least one very large layoff per pear
