How does the bonus compare to last year? With the LR, many are going to be working double duty. But of course execs won't care until those people leave on their own.

Agree Dell is much better place. A friend told last year they got 150% bonus
Dell is a far superior company; there is a tangible culture where the employees truly matter. It's not just talk.
hmm i got my 25% bonus, not bad , small bmw, oh you mean you got only .25% of your bonus, yeah you got Sc. reewed , think it was cut to .75% during my 20 years there, so glad im smart enough to get out and double my pay.

Can be frustrating to not receive a raise, while your executive earns $20 million/year. There's not enough budget for raises because 30 "executives" are earning all the money.
and HPE has gotten 0% for the past 10years... (I left 9 years ago but still have friends there. I don't understand why they stay. It's the same story every year of "times are tough, no raises, no bonus', be thankful you have a job".
