So I had a opener call out on me in produce I received 10 pallets so I'm running behind and my so call vine trainer comes in and 15 minutes he's gone its so sad didn't even stay to help me get ahead SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY.

Vine is a waste of payroll anyway. If the team leaders and or managers dont know there areas they should be fired, then vine could apply for their job.
Actually, us Vine trainers have been told to come in and help out. There is no training right now in this crisis. Whoever that was is giving us a bad name and isn’t a team player. I bet it was Cory.
Maybe find a better associate, good luck with that one.
Yes go pull from Deli or freezer cooler.
Vine techs aren't there to do your job. They are there to train on processes. Your team leads should have pulled from resources throughout the club to help you with your freight and culling. And no I'm not home office or a manager.
