Yesterday & today (03/02-03) there have been layoffs. I've heard it's mostly on 9 in ETF but also some on 12 in UIT.

Was surprised to read that basket creation still even involved a human task. The days must seem like eternities in that job.
Basket creation literally clicks a few buttons that could have been automated straight from DRS.. Acct = straight up data entry and making adjustments . Get out now before it's too late.
Supposedly the plan for ETF was to have 1 Accounting team & 1 Basket team. These would be moved overseas so all you would need is a few people in US for oversight. Other companies like JPM does this. I believe BNY is following them. Who knows. Good Luck to All
This will continue especially With all the automation going on and with the moving going on. Most likely there should be layoffs all week and more in July.
