We have been told to get our orders in early as IBM’s Guad plant is experiencing a possible component shortage due to China supply chain. So if HW sales are light, does that mean IBM will “save” their way to prosperity
It is not irrelevant - Coronavirus is already depressing the global economy and causing shortages, supply chain disruptions, sickleave, etc. - this may be the trigger for the long-overdue recession. Once that happens, IBM will have to lay off many people when profits suffer.
What does this post have to do with the price of chickens?!?!?!?
I am not the OP but @uiv I think people are using this site form much more than just IBM RAs... I've seen posts on salaries, interviews, office expansions, career advice, etc.
Who cares? This thread is for IBM layoff news. Why post asking about a virus?
