So vital staff has to go in. Are the nurses vital and are they checking on the employees? Are they checking their temperatures?

Yep, it's impossible to socially distance in their cramped and dirty offices in their towers. I guess they had to let the cleaning staff go in the name of even greater profits.

Now the want you to distance 6 feet, we sit in human cattle pens! And low paid job employees at the bank have to come since they have no work from home privileges.

Yeah it blows my mind they're even asking people to come in when we have the capability to work from home. I'm just going to keep working from home and if I get fired so be it, not worth risking the health and my loved ones because some dumb–s with an MBA wants a bigger bonus

Why isn't JPM having more people in NYC work from home? What is the sense of having that ability if it is not used, or only used when they need you to work from home to prevent disruption to customers, business or projects?

In NYC and NJ sites almost all employees have high-efficiency desks. Heck, you can tell when your desk-mate gains weight let alone what they ate for dinner! When you create these types of environments It is good sense and sound judgment in a pandemic situation that you allow as many of the staff to work from home if they can and have the ability to do so without disruption to the customer and business. Is that too sensible?
