So Sam's screws us again ! I've got tons of experience and some little terds that have none are hired in making quite a bit more than those of us bumped to $15. Because we got raised to 15 we got NO raise. The new guys that already make more than we do got it! How does this make any f—ing sense

I'm a merchandiser and have been capped out for years. I would love a 2% raise. It's very discouraging seeing everyone else get raises and I still make the same, while everything keeps getting more expensive.
Wanna know what's really messed up ?letting go managers and then giving the ones left a 10, 000 raise. We had a couple mangers that actually worked their butts off to only get the can because they were coached. The manager that's left in the club is lazy but let's give that guy 10, 000 more a year while the merchandiser/produce/cashier gets 2%.
So the merch people run around with their heads cut off for a good 2% raise . While the cafe or fresh area get bump in pay for what ? Well done Sam's well done.
Quit and come back in 3 months. You'll get more.
So you be dedicated to a company give them 100% get screwed and the new guy comes in and get paid more than you and can't understand simple direction.
You were told when you got your increase that you would not get this raise. I have and many others have more experience than you and did not get the pay bump. Some of us got the whopping 2% and others didn't.
I know!!! Folks that make all the decisions have no idea what they are doing??
