Work together to make a good profit you are a joke. The company has Ben making record profit for some time. They choose to cut people to make more rather then provide better service to do it. Part of PSR was customers they thought they did not make enough money off of them. Did you catch that Evan if they were making money if there greed said it was not enough they stopped hauling for them. THAT'S NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
You know I was only kidding, these vultures can all rot in hell along with that dead dude that started all this p.s.r.
What kind of person would give them money literally get rid of you. Who ever wrote that is beyond stupid... it doesn’t matter if you’re agreement or non agreement... your are a burden on them and that can’t get ride of you and your salary fast... dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in the pages... so brainwashed
we need to all work together to make sure our company still makes a good profit in these trying times. I for one would be open to a pay cut so profit goals can still be made
I guess just watch and see how CP, CN, and CSX are doing.
Company will store a locomotive everytime it needs a major repair to bypass keeping appropriate repair staff. Often times band aiding other units to keep trains moving. Not a sustainable model and definitely will hinder potential future growth. If you disagree please enlighten myself and everyone else with what I’m wrong about.
please, elaborate. Back up this great knowledge with facts and details.
