If you can’t take the 5 seconds to read the screen on the bpk than we shouldn’t help you
Or get rid of the bpk all together, most of the reps day is assisting with disfunctional customers who need to hand held on paying their bill

With all the technology you would think Verizon would be taking their stores out more quickly instead of this slow death.
The stores are so slow you're noticing the people that are using the machine. When the stores are selling you dont notice. What's troubling is that in the year 2020 that these people are driving to the store and still using them? With all the technology on paying your bill you would think at this point Verizon would be taking them out.
No one cares. This thing is so hard to use for most people. 10% know their "Pin" the rest go I don't know and make use take it. I don't mind talking it but the managers are so concerned with the conversions since scorecard went away they are forcing people to use the BPK so it doesn't mess with the numbers since everything is "door" swings now.
