I don’t understand the technology hits. We have been waiting for technology to meet client requests for years while they worked on green dale and other things and the clients will pay us How are they going to automate the lost jobs let alone service the customer?

Luckily those we lost were not a great loss to be honest. They we’re loud , always late and not that great in their role . But we felt the technology hits over the last year. To get rid of those who knew their job and did it well was ridiculous. Now you have less programmers and those here are overloaded with tasks and can’t give much attention to anything we need

We lost our best person last year. He was the go-to for everything in our group—such a shame.

Rip Van Winkle, It was time to reallocate all 401k BNY Mellon stock to other secured mutual funds in 2008. Outside of options with time restrictions there has been no reason to hold since then.

We lost an employee yesterday that was a valuable asset to our area, and now we are scrambling to learn and take on their tasks as well as our own.

The effect on me is positive. The effect on my co workers is negative. My boss wanted me out. So I was force ranked BE and was cut last year before year end reviews. Boss got the wish, and I did too actually. Now I am doing my next step while Boss is stuck pounding co workers while working 18 hour days and said co-workers doing the same

It is time to reallocate all my 401k BNY Mellon stocks to other secured mutual funds. This BNY stock is a joke - only depreciating since brought in long long time ago when I first joined this company because I want to grow with this company. Apparently this company is like a boat sinking in the deep sea now either they try throwing people out of the boat (Self-saving) or people choose to leave willingly (good for BNY without giving severance package). We buy BNY stocks for our 401k for future Retirement because we previously believed in the company here. However, you throw your trusted people with their family kids out of the boat in the sea. I wanna say BNY Melon is not deserved for good people to work around indeed, but I still prey for the company to get back on track because there are still a lot of lifes-hard working staffs still replying on this boat to come up for air. God bless America.
