I get my pay out BUT they are cutting out 2 hours every week. Sells can’t be down people are buying us out of stuff. So much for the extra money

All of you should look in to things.....If you’re in Texas and you have open availability (they tricked some associates into signing new forms) you can go to the Texas Employment Commission and file for the hours they aren’t letting you work....up to 40. I know of a couple of associates that did that a few years ago, and it was approved. Spread the word.

Oh, Texas is a “right to work” state. Check to see if your state is. That might be the only way it will work.

Witb block scheduling you are entitled 40 hours. If you not available for 40 hours your manager has the right to make someone else full time in your place. Please be informed before you post.
Your actually entitle to 34 hours if your ft, and nada pt. Demand hours are always low in the beginning of the year, then pick up toward the end.

If you are full time you are entitled to 40 hours. If you are part time the only thing you are entitled to is a big bowl of shut the hell up
It's evil. It's bait and switch. They love to tell the media how much they pay their associates per hour but forget to tell them that they are cutting hours (again) to make up for it.
And then everybody wonders why the club looks so bad.
