I was hopeful to hear more about the EOI by now. Especially with AMBU having their lay-offs in April.
I thought they might want to find a few volunteers that are willing to be displaced by those anxious and Nervous AMBU employees that are willing to do whatever to stay.
Anyone heard anything additional, other than what Joe Geagea announced in his email?
Is the focus typically on those ready or close to retire, or do they look at some of the Newer, lower level PSG’s. Like 20-23’s
I’m not too surprised that fewer people are openly willing to put in for an EOI. Why do that? The company was wanting an answer before the end of February from the AMBU employees. I think many long term employees still want a chance of continuing with the company, not retirement, even with the free severance check. No folks, this layoff season will be a difficult one for many. Many will leave the company unwillingly and unhappy.
Just wAit for official information to come out. You’ll drive yourself mad speculating.
Besides that, this is the worst place to get reliable information. This place is crawling with sour trolls who are always looking for opportunities to spew misinformation.
