You would think by now that JH and Ford family would see their utopia visions are flawed and the company is dying a slow death. Nope, he's doubling down on his plan for a future of all electric self driving vehicles and a diverse workforce. Diversity that is unless you are over 35 "or" happen to disagree with him. If you speak up in opposition you suddenly decide to retire. No place for you unless you are in lock step with him and his quest to Bankrupt Ford.
