Grade 13 and above get a generous severance package plus extra vesting time and a longer period to find another position

Here is some news about the grade 13 package. A grade 13, if laid off, gets an accelerated RSU vestings to June 11th, 2020. The only other "plus" was three months severance if you sign their severance agreement.
