Do points affect your Sams share? How does it work?

We were told in April that it’s going to be implemented. 4 points no Sam’s share.
No that’s a MyShare (Walmart) thing. Sam’s hasn’t implemented that yet. But managers don’t take off people’s points when they have when working outside of their availability. Just imagine the sht show that would be if they did that and people didn’t get their share. Maybe managers would work correctly then. Lmao.
I hope we go to the same system as Wal-Mart. People who call out don't deserve a full Sam's share if your club even gets one
