Give associates the option if they want to be paid out for their time. There’s a reason some people build their hours up and it’s usually in case something happens and they can’t come in for a while or take a long vacation. Either way, they worked for it and earned it and should be able to use it any which way they want.

That's not a complaint because people who has time just sitting on there paystub from the past THEY WORKED FOR IT.JUST LIKE THEY ARE WORKING TO BUILD UP PTO.So what f— you mean we should be happy we're getting PTO you have to work for EVERYTHING when it comes to Sam's club they dont give you Anything.
A certain amount rolls over and then you do get paid out for the remaining
GIVE ME MY 192 HOURS OF SICK TIME SITTING IN A BUCKET.
Stop complaining, you're lucky you even get PTO you lying dog-faced pony soldier.
Probably good advise since the last time someone built up the max 192 sick hours and were able to acrue personal time the rules changed. Now those nearly 5 weeks of pay are not what they used to be. Wonder if anyone in Bentonville would care if they lost a months pay??
