Start looking for your next move. It will only get worse. Look out for yourself and your family first. Life is so short. No reason to stay at BNY especially out of loyalty. They are not and will not be loyal to you.
In the mean time I was laid off in January and immediately found a fully remote gig that pays $20k more per year working with a far more modern tech stack and a tiger team of people who care about what they're doing. Working an average of 6 hours a day and getting far more done than was ever possible on my old BNY team. All in my underwear.
Trust and believe, BNY is holding back your career. You're one of the loyal, good employees they'll keep long enough to burn out completely. I know it's a hassle, but work on your resume when you get home and start blasting that b–tard out.
