Oh sure, there's Mike Ockballs jokes, random rants about how Union Pacific is enriching itself at the expense of its employees, trolls, bad inside jokes, barely coherent rants from union guys, and references to Lance Fritz's Glassdoor scores. But the one reason this page has for existing appears to be going unfulfilled.

We’ve also had plenty of threads such as this one complaining about the lack of useful info without providing any useful info themselves. If there was late breaking news about layoffs everyday I’m sure somebody would put it on here. Maybe it’s just quiet.
Only rumor I’ve heard is they want superintendents and above to give up their seniority. They don’t want anymore embarrassing situations where they fire an executive and he goes back to the ground.

You know what i think it is man, i think so many lives have been affected by income interruptions that people will go on here and rant about anything to make them feel a little better or in the hope that something will change. Im furloughed also so there is alot of frustration. All i can do is be humble and do what it takes to care for my family.
At this point it’s like when Robin Williams did his impression of Donald Rumsfeld coming out and talking in a press conference. we don’t know where, we don’t know when, but something awful is going to happen thank you that is all for today no further questions. To be completely honest I think someone is up in the glass palace sitting in an office shaking a magic eight ball making decisions and it’s been saying ask again later for the last few months.
But we can assume that the OCD “triggered” manager wanna be is OK.
