Does any other club have teamleads open up the building at 4 AM?

Yes at my club one team lead as keys and sometime is the only one there they a keys in tell the manager come in between 5 or 6. At night there all was manager close
We have 2 AM merchandizing teamleads (I'm one of them) but only I have a key so 5 days a week I open by myself. Coaches are in at 5 or 6 normally.
I’m from Ga and our club has 3 am merchandising leads with only 2 having keys, and 2 pm merchandising leads with keys. They don’t open or close by themselves often but they have and do from time to time.
Merch team leads open our building, no other leads do.
NJ has 2 TL than open up at 4am.....manager at 5 or 6
If no one shows up until 6 they have to pay you for your 2 hrs. After an hour you could have left and been paid for your full day.
And team leads are closing. Managers are leaving an hour before we got off at night. Part timers limited to part time hours. I guess theyre going back to the book at leat at our store.
The bad part was on Sunday morning there was no Teamlead , so we were out there for two hours until manager showed up after 6am!!!!
Merchandise leads only, every single day.
Lol. Sad...Sam's wins again. Got hourlys performing salaried manager jobs by throwing a few dollars at em. Not worth the risk or stress for me. To each their own though. Keep chasing that $. They will never have our back if something happens and certainly aren't getting the bonus money salaried managers receive.
Vegas does. We have 3 AM team leads, only 2 with keys.
Yes I do it all the time them 4am shifts isn't no joke especially when you live 45 minutes from the club without traffic.
Yeah ours do, I'm on the west coast.
The two of us am TL have been opening by ourselves since we got keys last year
