This happened again during company buy backs. Brown is in retirement mode. All about himself.
Hmmm...maybe Mr. Brown wants to capture all the upside well in advance before the stock starts heading south and prior to his supposed successor taking the reins. Or maybe Mr. Browns successor was not directed to provide critical planning information beyond the 2nd qtr. 2020 (which would in effect be the one-year mark for the merger).
3rd time he's done it since September. ~$50M each time... Must be nice to be him...
Hard to read too much into this, it goes on all the time... but you do have to wonder, why sell? and why sell now???
It does look like that doesn't it - but they know more of the "inside" than us peons
