IBM C-suite gets rewarded $$$ based on their 2019 performance and big goose eggs for everyone else. This is FUBAR.

IBM hired Bain to cut costs

IBM shrank 3.1% in YoY revenue for 2019.
The overall economy grew 2.3% in 2019.
IBM's competition (tech market) grew >20% in 2019.
This is an abysmal performance. The rank and file, in Bands 6-10 were just told no bonuses due to this abysmal performance. Yet somehow Ginni and her team reward themselves with tens of millions of dollars for this complete failure in results? Disgusting.

What a disgrace. Some people have no shame.

I heard where IBM plans to start paying partial employee salaries in Blue Points. Is this true?

Do not forget she also acquired a Red Hat for 33B so she WILL be receiving a kicker for that as well. Watch her going away package- Bring IBM from $111b to $78b and the exec team gets rewarded and not fired?! Instead, a probable $50m thank you package. It's criminal. Quota targets for sales execs have been 40-50% year over year. Another scheme to pay employees less and feed the executives' bottomless pit of greed. So, sales execs hit only 20% positive growth- LOOSER. Ginni and team have negative growth- YAHTZEE....here are millions more for the effort. It's nothing but executives feeding off the carcass at this point. Nothing like a money grab on the way out!
