Marketing people do not need to work from an office in 2020. Quit wasting $

The littleton lab is migrating their labs infrastructure down to Raleigh, but that's just one data point. The building allegedly was under renovation since 2004, and ibm moved in in 2010, with tax breaks running 20 years, so presumably tax breaks are done 2024. With RedHat just up the street I wouldn't be surprised if there was a move to bring the 2 offices together, but if they shut down the office then people would be forced to either work remote (opposite of what IBM wants) or go to the Cambridge office, which I doubt has enough room for all the employees.

All IBM marketing people work in an IBM office. Over 70,000 marketing people.

Expanding Dallas at the expense of other locations is an interesting rumor. Any basis in fact??

Most IBMers work from home, they should close all those money pits down. No point keeping em.
