So all my merchandisers and other positions at my club have told me they all got their yearly pay raise. I just checked my info and I still make the exact same amount. I only been with the company 3 years so I definitely ain't capped out. So will I get it at a different date? Or am I missing something here?

Wait until you been with the company 26 years and haven’t had a raise for 10 years
Have you checked your email l? You might need to hog in and accept the offer raise
If you worked at Walmart and are in pay-grades B and C. You would still be evaluated and get a higher percentage increase then those in pay-grade A who will only get the 2%.
The minimum increase is 3% if you are a solid performer.
Yes your gonna have to wait until next February to get that 20 cent raise. Your pay was bumped up to 18 an hour. You now make mor3 than people that’s been there for over 20 years.
If you were bumped up this past year to a lead position you will not receive a raise until feb 2021

Well that is the dumbest thing I ever heard. The pay from being in a position and your yearly increase should be two completely different things. So you are telling me I have to wait almost 2 years from getting the team lead increase last june to get another raise. That's some BS
