Will the attendance policy be relaxed? Are employees encouraged to stay home when sick or should they come home and infect everyone? Quit hiding.

Courage to Care, I saw somebody mentioned that company propaganda. That’s funny. Everybody should start laughing next time their leaders talk about having courage to care
Come on down to work where we don’t listen to any health instructions and only worry about the all mighty dollar.........this company is being run straight into the ground
It’s always different for the managers they have different rules for them this is the same people to claim to have a college degree but know nothing about railroading only how to mess with employees
that's everywhere at UP. they blow smoke up everyone's arse about showing courage to care and we want to make it a better place to work, but when the sh– hits the fan and there's a situation on their hands there's no leaders to be found. A StraightUP Truth puff piece isn't going to fix this we need some real action.
Nlr management says come to work they supply hand sanitizer and toliet paper, yet when they get the flu they stay home or the director makes them leave but when it comes to the worker you better be on the floor working or face getting pullled out fit for duty. It will be a glorious day when leadership change happens at NLR!!!
