I wish you all the best in your personal decision to leave for the competition. Know if those of us left at Xerox are in direct competition will do our best to eliminate the need of you with our competition!

In case you were unaware, the screwing that was done to former and current employees leaves a mark and people have a natural tendency to want to see the perpetrators (XRX) punished. When emps are let go, the effect lasts with you for quite some time. Even people who find better gigs want to either exact revenge or at least see some pain inflicted on those perpetrators. Some move on, most carry this forever. Good luck with your completely non-empath remark. As you’ve seen with the downvotes, this isn’t a place you can use your playbook messaging.

I left got 30% more and benefits and vacation - everything across the board better after being at Xerox 14 years. Should have left that dump long ago.
I’ll confirm as well, not getting jerked around as well. Significant signing bonus matched the BS hold/delay on my bonus. The grass is greener.

Agreed! Xerox is at the bottom of the perks scale, ain't what it used to be 30 years ago with Rolexes to Service etc! Moving time is now while we still have a good reputation.
