This will also help with simplification as many meetings are not needed or are inefficient. There may be other ideas also. At least through mid year then asses the situation.

@1mpo LOL! Speak for yourself... Many of us already get paid to F*K-off! No really. Lay-off 30% of NA employees, raise the salary by 1.5x, require 60-70 hours every so often, and you would have a nicely functioning independent. But oh well hey! Work-life and diversity is the life for me!

The lack of inaction is alarming. I’m trying to balance my own rationale in my head based on what is actually happening and not wearing a tinfoil hat. It is as they are just waiting for someone to spread it....the action from that will be the one to watch.
