Anyone else tired of being yelled at by members because we no longer have the merchandise they ordered? We are 4 days out from members even being able to place a pickup time. It is insane.

4 days out, walked in to over 1500 items!
I think the store should be closed, except for pre paid Club Pick UP.
That is all we should be doing.
Cashiers could do the orders, Cart associates, door, and desk could take the items out, Merchandising could stock.
I think they should not allow club puck up orders until things get better. What's the sense when people are gutting everything?
They could use us as additional exit greeters or additional stockers for the minimal amount of freight that comes in.
You are all lucky we had 110 orders today. Over 2300 items. All our time slots are full until Tuesday.
Has everyone else’s orders shoot up like crazy? 71 orders for today! And we aren’t even a high volume club. And there’s only one of us working tomorrow and I have 63 orders?!?
Let them scream and yell. If they had any brains, they'd stay home, but nooooo, they keep on coming. At this point, I'm beyond caring. Everyday if black friday and I'm sick of it.
How many nil picks for water and paper?
We are a high volume club and usually have around 500-600 items in the MC 70 each day. Today, walked in on over 1250 items, 51 orders for today , and as we pulled , they just kept dropping in! We left at 12:30 and there was still 21 orders to pull, just for today! Crazy !
