And was anything other than New Jersey hit?

It is worse in Bank Solutions. In that business unit you have to work from a specific location. So even if you work at a Fiserv location you could still be let go because you don't work in the 'correct' location. That is just for the business unit, Fiserv wide is a different but similar policy. That makes it twice as unlikely that someone could get an exception.
It's not performance, it's been said here many times before that FB doesn't like remote workers and cleared house of remote workers at other places. If they tell you anything else, well do you really think they're going to say "because you are a remote worker we are letting you go". However, I have heard that they will approach you and say " you have a choice, go into the closest office near you" or take your severance and move on.
That's the scuttlebutt I'm hearing - remote workers. In other words, performance didn't seem to figure into it. That shows you their priorities, I guess. And their go-forward strategy.
Yeap, those folks who endanger the office by working from home.
The current RIF is mainly targeting remote workers.
The above has to be the most intelligent response ever posted on these boards.
