On scale of 1 to 10 , 10 being most toxic like people working in Chernobyl and 1 being least toxic, how would you rate your department?
I think gto is a 9. Toxic and stupidity everywhere .

Very toxic work environment in CRT. Management has favorites and micro manages the ones they don’t like.
It’s horrible. My manager doesn’t know much about their job. Therefor relying on others who also don’t know much about their job. Making things up as they go. You can’t do that when dealing with people’s money and regulatory. Just watching the show. It’s all going to come crashing down. Popcorn anyone??
I recently left. The department had very low morale, especially after year end reviews. I think people will wait out the pandemic before more leave
omg it's the absolute worst
As a previous worker there, manager watched over shoulders and only gave their favorite people cool tasks. If you’re minority, (and not Indian), you’ll be isolated.
