i see they are making cuts in big ticket looks like they want to have more part timers. is this happening in other stores.

do part timers in bt still get 4 percent commission
Good people who produce are being let go because they have a shorter tenure. Then you have the long timers who produce minimally and they stay on year after year. The annual reviews mean nothing!!
We were just cut, no Part times added back
Yes, we are losing 2 SA's in furniture ( gallery store)
