They don’t find vendors they are related to them someway shape or form and line their pockets

If S leaves, most of people in IT would be shown the door. Most of senior engineers and their managers are just there to go to meetings and find vendors or contractors

Thats the key work. Accountability there is none in IT.

Shanks and vivid continue to make mistakes.
You have VPs who are only in that role given they just parrot the works of Shanks and Vivid. More then a few have no idea how to lead in their space

People were hoping Kyle would fix this but this just shows we are an after thought in Vz and leaders are comfortable letting consultants run IT for Shanks

Someone at a senior level needs to be held accountable for the recent budget issue. I think there is just cause outside of that issue as well.

IT has been a clown show since those guys showed up. Management anymore is a joke, no one knows what’s going, what the priorities are or even who’s in charge.
