Volunteered for the RIF and still have been told nothing, even though I have asked many times. Any word on a last day or headcount?

I agree with fixing the issues. But they aren't going to do that! All their skeleton crews can do is hide problems to stay employed. Don't even consider genuinely addressing a problem. You cover that up and move on!

Thank heavens. Procurement exists solely to prevent money from being spent. The result of that mission is ubiquitous inability to meet commitments and our biggest customers (Boeing, and Airbus) telling leadership that they are no longer going to entertain bids let alone award new contracts.

Of course you would RIF procurement when you have no new work on the horizon. What do you think little D was talking about when he talked about headwinds?

Perhaps it's because the SRT failed miserably under the 'leadership' of TA and AG. Right idea, some really solid people but the leadership was filled with a bunch of people that couldn't plan their way out of a paper bag.

It's sad actually. So much potential squandered by a clueless leader that's a 'mini-Mike'

Makes sense. If you've fixed all your supplier issues, and your past due has been significantly reduced, there is no need for Supplier Recovery teams. And we KNOW that's happened, right...lol.
