Since xbs is moving closer to xerox, when are we going to stop selling and servicing other manufacturers machines? Also, when are we going to stop allowing competitors to sell our xerox products at a lower cost?

Don't mean to be rude but your asking Xerox to stop others from selling Xerox products? That's the exact opposite model then what they are choosing. They don't care who is selling the Xerox machine even if that means they taking the customer away from XBS. Need to boost short term sales to improve stock/purchase price and "promise" recurring revenue in toner sales and service/parts. XBS service contracts require lease funding that hasn't been profitable for a while.
Who knows. Some areas are using three dispatch/parts systems at the moment that don't talk to one another. One for HP/Lexmark. One for phasers. One for XSAT.
Oh and make sure you do at least 5 calls a day in the XSAT one because the other one will not report on your score card.
How about no one cares!
