Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Uh oh. UP down to 1.9 stars approval. Lance back down to 9% after fake reviews from executives deleted

Leave your honest review on glass door and let’s get lance down to 5%

the foamers and managers always have to respond with "up doesn't care" like it somehow negates the fact they have such a poor rating. people on that site looking for reviews don't give a sweet rat's behind if UP cares they just want to know if it is a good company to work for or not. 9% approval rating? NEXT.

When you are shopping for a product on Amazon and you see a product with a one star rating, do you ever wonder, gee I know this product is apparently a piece of c-ap, but does the company care they have a one star rating? NOO! lol. All you think is f that I'm not buying this POS and move on.

UP is a one star product on Amazon right now. Do not buy this POS.

Why do people assume that the UP sees the glassdoor ratings and gives a damn. If the UP cared at all then they would've addressed it
a while ago. Those ratings are for potential employees and recruiters. Fritz and his team are focused on achieving the 55% OR and nothing else. They've said it a few times that "there will be challenges in the coming months as we implement Unified Plan 2020". The only problem is I dont thing they counted on was the negativity they've received so far, the voluntary quits, and just the general resistance. Fritzey and his 9% has slowly decreased and hasnt stopped. The management team is going to have a difficult time hiring people to work for this company if that ever takes place again. You take a plan like UP 2020, stick it up everyone's a–, make massive cuts, and lose the trust of the employees you have left. Fritz has turned the UP into a career with too many risks, with very little if any benefits. Working for a post-PSR RR is just too risky now.

UP doesn’t care about their employees, but they don’t like to be embarrassed. And having the lowest rating on Glassdoor is embarrassing. If they didn’t care what the public thinks, what’s the point of this stupid big boy touring the country? It’s certainly not making money. It’s just a propaganda tool.

You mean UP doesn’t care? Shocker. With a grade of 9% I really thought they were trying their hardest.

I don’t think some of you understand the point of Glassdoor. People don’t leave reviews hoping UP will fall in love with them and send them flowers. It’s to let others know things about your experience at your current or former employer so they can decide if they want to work there. Right now people can see UP for the toxic waste dump it is.

Nope they don’t care. Stock holders don’t care. Executives don’t care.

They’re laughing at you. The “employees”. The reality is they’d sell your children if they could. You are nothing to them.

From Q4 earnings release.

“Jennifer Hamann – Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

So, thank you. Yeah. I mean, the headcount reductions are very important for us overall. We'll continue to push that.”

A company laying off thousands of people does not care what their rating is on a recruiting web site. Chew on that.

UP will have to stoop to paying people to leave positive reviews.

Supposedly they don't care what Glassdoor says, yet they keep asking people to leave positive reviews and execs have stooped to leaving five star ratings in an attempt to float the CEO's dismal approval rating.
