Why did they get rid of some of our best and a bunch of kissasses who barely do anything is still here? Who makes these decisions?

They did cuts this year by seniority. It had absolutely nothing to do with merit/performance. Lots of good talent gone.
Please pay attention if the longer years of service managers are being let go everyone
