So the Big Ticket area is ghastly! What is going on? Has anyone heard about changes at Central besides the new Reliability Policy How does Reliability work? With so few staff is it the beginning of the end for the rest?

i dont get it furniture was suppose to be part of growth strategy adding virtual and so on cant figure out this company.
That whole reliability scam thing is just a ploy to take away the points so if you make one mistake they can fire you that’s all it’s for
