All rises to be in region of 3% -5% I have heard. And bonus pool up too. So all is well.

More likely to get .05 cents an hour. All the years I worked raises su–ed. If you ever got more than .10 cents raise it was a blessing.

3%?? Lol, Todd just got in there. He didn't get his Charlie-like money yet. After he gets his cut and his cronies, you can have the sc-aps left. Prob more like .5 to1%, esp. with the stock down. Oh, and a heartfelt thank you email to step it up.

3% and Bonuses? In what departments? I know from several sources who left the bank last year that in Custody department the average raise was 1-1.5%.

Got BE last two years, they still gave 3% raise. So, this information looks authentic.

Anyone thinking they’re automatically going to get a 3 percent raise will be sadly mistaken in a few weeks.

Not when they rate you BE for 3 years cause ur top of their payscale supposedly, and take your raise and bonus to satisfy their Pets. That's why when I do leave, I'm ghosting this place.

Was told good bonus pool and pot available for rises. With no more cuts and the move to tech solutions, I expect all employees will be rewarded well. 3% payrise likely and a 5% bonus. Things are looking up.

I call BS. The total raises in the decade from 2000 to 2010 did not add up to 3% for most of us.

Ridiculous.
