Do yourself, your family, and everyone a favor and just leave. I did and never looked back. Trust me the grass is greener out there. Verizon s—s. Have some dignity...hey mr customer please buy this phone, this tablet, this hum, 175 in accessories, do you own a business, does your family own a business...does anyone you know own a business?....trust me the company does not care about you.

It's a constant hustle to try to survive. That's for sure. We all know most people just want to get a new phone and get on their way. But more than that, when I worked for Verizon easily over 70% of store traffic involved troubleshooting. I now work on a totally different industry that I would call a true selling environment. People actually come in primarily because they are interested in buying.
OP You must have been a horrible sales person. There is a ton of closed ended questions there. You know you have to ask open ended questions!!!
With the new changes. Coming tomorrow I already feel less stress and even more in a burger flipping job than I did
I worked in a call center down south and it was the most miserable 3 years of my life. The stress was unreal and the way I was talked to by management was BS. I quit this cesspool and have never been happier. Do yourself a favor and expand your horizons. Find a different profession and learn something new. Take your life back from this horrendous company.
He’s right. The second guy might if meant wait for a package before leaving. Both parties above here agree to leave however. Verizon is a sinking immoral ship.
No thanks random corporate shill. I'll stay and get my severance pay.
