Jan is the time of promotion. While they hire higher level from outside instead of existing employees ( all they have is work and layoff), you must be very valuable. What's the raise %?

Yep, 32 people were just promoted to Managing Director. I’m sure a hefty salary increase too.
This company has always followed layoffs with promotions. This place is just like the movie Office Space.
