I don’t think HO has another solution for the benefits Marketing associates bring
to clubs in each community. I don’t think Marketing is going anywhere.
No one wants that salaried membership rep position.
Somebody must know something in a market???? Is third party taking over? Who is working alone with the new commission program?
Nothing going on with marketing because it don't exist anymore. If ur still doing it they are just waiting on a place to put u.
We haven’t had Marketing people since April 2019, when they both quit. Nobody put in their places. Nobody been out in the field, no sold in field, nothing.
I heard from a manager that they will not fire anyone in marketing but if one leaves the other has to go to the new program. Only one person in marketing and they will have things to do on the floor as well. It will be impossible for this person to hit their goals alone.
Nothing different at my club. Still blitzing. Everything is the same. Have not heard anything di9.
