I have it on good authority some news about raises..... No, they're still 2%, so you'll get the same raise for busting your butt that that sloth gets in another department..... Team Leads won't get anything this year due to the bump in pay they all got in this last year. Enjoy!

They can't cut full time hours. We are on a block schedule.
The announcement was already made internally. Raises going into effect the week of February 15th. This is why hours are all over the place/atypical/cut even for full timers in 3 weeks.

As a fresh lead I'm ok with this and it sounds fair. I got a huge raise last year so they probably have to recoup that money from somewhere.
