Reviews and compensation notices have been delayed to start March 1st instead of mid February. No reason was given to managers but were informed to wait for more instruction in the coming weeks.

They are putting together a plan to convince US employees that they should stay with Honeywell until they train their India replacements and the RIFed. Seems logical 🤔

Honeywell is like the IRS. If something is ambiguous you can assume the answer is whatever benefits Honeywell at the expense of employees/customers.

Makes no sense to delay in that case.
More likely the top level rolled up compensation plan was rejected by someone in the pipeline and they had to start again.

On the face of it, it sure sounds like they want to get rid of people before paying them a bonus.

If there is any way for us to be financially impacted where they come out ahead they will do it. Gotta make up for last year, time to squeeze the workforce again. A RIF here and there then pay the rest as little as possible.

They want poor performers canned prior to MIP so they dont have to pay them.

I saw an email and it says reviews have to be completed by March 12. You must be an employee of record on March 13 to get your bonus. Curious what's up.
