Even Total Care wasn’t as bad as Molina

The worst customer service. On hold for half an hour. Then an off shore customer service rep with a thick accent gets an attitude with me because they don't want to explain my benefits to me. They are rude and unpleasant. I was asking as a new member for a list of benefits and procedure codes that they would not provide. As I went through my questions in the middle of talking they hung up on me. This is an insurance SCAM company and should be held liable for their actions. Take the money give no service. NEVER choose this health insurance company.
Texas- I went in to see the provider and they said the reason for my stomach pain was because of my big belt buckle that says don’t mess with Texas. I ain’t never going back....

Ohio: I HAVE BEEN WITH MOLINA FOR MANY YEARS, AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME A GIFT CARD LET ALONE A 100 GIFT CARE.I'M CHANGE THIS YEAR .
